" Hard Work pays Off "
Our fitness journeys began early. Playing t-ball, flag football, soccer, swimming, basketball, wrestling, boxing, football, etc. We learned in order to improve performance we needed to improve our overall strength and speed. Our parents wouldn’t let us lift weights until we were 13, but we were consistent with calisthenics, endurance training, and some resistance training.
Once we both reached 13, we started working out with weights and loved it. Nolan started first since he’s the oldest (3 years apart) as little brother Aaron watched until his time came.
Understanding the importance of a healthy body and its relationship to a healthy mind, the body could perform at its best.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s a lifestyle decision that anyone can make.
